HyperCoach
Personalized AI Coach
Problem
Executive coaching doesn't scale. A coach per manager is expensive, infrequent, and siloed; HR has no signal between formal reviews, and aggregate insight about team strengths, friction, and skill gaps lives in people's heads or in once-a-quarter surveys. HyperCoach is a Malaysian leadership coaching platform built around Coach M, a proprietary organizational AI trained on each company's own data, so conversations speak in the language and context of the business.
Approach
Two surfaces, one system. A mobile app where managers and employees have daily conversations with Coach M, tailored to each user's industry, motivators, and communication profile. An admin dashboard where HR sees real-time engagement, sentiment, and skills-gap dashboards that turn coaching activity into decisions about people. To work for enterprise customers, the whole system has to mirror how an organization is actually shaped: nested parent and sub-teams, so coaching and analytics follow the real reporting lines.
Contribution
I worked on both faces of the product as part of the pre-launch build. On the mobile app (React Native + Expo), I built every screen, including the Motivators and Communicators report that shows each person what drives them and how they prefer to be spoken to. On the admin dashboard, I implemented parent and sub-team organizational nesting, so enterprise clients could structure their coaching and analytics to match their actual org chart.
